Ken-Do’s RV Service No-Return & All-Sales-Final Policy
At Ken-Do’s RV Service, we are committed to providing quality RV parts, accessories, and services. Because many of our products are special order, electrical, or installed on customer units, all sales are final.
By completing a purchase with us—online or in person—you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is completed, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturer defect.
2. Special Order Items
Many RV parts must be ordered directly from the manufacturer or distributor specifically for your RV.
Because of this:

Special orders cannot be canceled once placed

No refunds or store credit will be issued
3. Electrical & Installed Items
For safety and liability reasons:

Electrical components are non-returnable

Any item that has been installed, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned
4. Defective/Damaged Items
If you believe your item is defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

Proof of defect (photos or videos) is required

We will assist you in filing a manufacturer warranty claim if applicable
Ken-Do’s RV Service does not determine warranty approval; this is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any fees related to freight, delivery, or restocking from distributors are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Correct Parts Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying:

Year, make, and model

Exact measurements or part numbers
-
Compatibility with their RV
If you are unsure, our team is happy to help — but the final purchase decision remains the customer’s responsibility.
